In order for your Paper to be included in the Proceedings,

  1. Your Final Manuscript must be prepared using the IEEE specificied template and IEEE Xplore-compatible;
  2. Your Final Manuscript must be uploaded ONLINE latest by August 31, 2023;
  3. Your Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) is submitted by August 31, 2023;
  4. At least one of the co-authors of your paper must register latest by August 31, 2023.
